I wish it weren't true...

I know that none of you receiving this note ever exceed the posted speed
limit (in Texas), however, a reliable source (a friend and future neighbor
who is a DPS Trooper) has informed me that they have been instructed to
start ticketing motorists who exceed the 65/70 mph speed limit by as little
as 5/6 mph.

Pass it on...and drive Texas Friendly!!!
