Milano Pivot Bolt Instal Trick

When installing a new pivot bolt on a Milano Clutch this weekend I tried
something that worked swell.  I lightly glued the washer on the pivot
bolt using some household goop, kind of a caulk type glue.  I then tied
a piece of thread onto the pivot bolt.  This way, when I dropped the
bolt into the clutch (4 or 5 times) I could use the thread to retrieve
it with the washer still attached.
