Cool 164 Heater

Now winter is here ( 4 degC and sleet in Manchester today ) I notice that my
heater is not very efficient. It seems to be moving the air but it's not
very hot, even with the temperature at max!

Anyone else experienced this? Is air locking a problem on these models? If
so where's the bleed point?

Any advice/tips appreciated.
