	The kind you want is the type that looks like a gear puller. They
are very stoutly built and work for disconnecting most of the joints and
even some of the bushings on the car. Of course they are also around $70,
but if you happen to have a Schucks/Checker/Kragen in your area they can be
rented for $5/2 days. Get the kind with the adjustable arms, I think they
call it a tie rod seperator. The pickle forks are no good for seperating
joints, though they do work well for banging and prying on things.

Re: reconnecting things...
	When you are trying to raise the lower a-arm to reattach it to the
stub axle carrier put your jack as far towards the outter end of the arm as
you can. If you try to jack the arm too close to its pivot point you wont
be able to get enough leverage. I have found that a jack placed
approximately under the mounting point for the front shock works great. You
will need to disconnect the sway bar unless you are using two jacks and
raising both a-arms at the same time.
