I was surprised to find a pair of the 10548 03200 01 cams
in the recently purchased '66 1600 GTV (aka the Catdaddy car).

(The 10548 03200 01 cams are also known as 2L Euro cams.)
These cams seemed to work very well during the time the car
was driven. (The car has since been taken off the road for
restoration.)

My cams had two timing marks per cam placed 180 deg from
each other, so timing was easy. In your case I don't see
why you couldn't just time the exhaust cam in the normal way,
i.e., with both cam lobes pointing outwards and time the
intake cam by rotating the engine 360 deg so both cam
lobes point inwards.

One odd thing that may or may not be generally true is that
to fit the 2L cams into a 1600 engine some of the valve shims
may need to be ground down to give the proper valve clearance.
May of the shims needed are 1.45mm and the commericial shims
range from 1.50mm to 3.5mm.
