Throttle Linkage

Trying to find someone who sells throttle linkages for a '79 Spider that
was converted from Spica FI to Webers (40 DCOE).  

Or, if someone out there in the vastness of the net can explain the best
design of the linkage, I can make one for my Spider.

Also, I am relocating to the Miami, FL area can anybody give me some
leads on good Alfa mechanics (for my '91 164L auto) and the Alfa club
down there?
