250mph Alfa?!?!?!

Is it real??  A 250 mph Alfa???  Well, it looks like it- I've got a picture
here of what looks to be a Duetto, slightly modified, which is a proud new
member of the 200mph club.

The driver is Lee Kennedy, and his Alfa Spider averaged 251mph at the
Salt Flats, I think earlier this year.

Something huh....


Ok, ok, it had Nitrous system on it....

Oh, all right, it also was a V8.....

And not a 33 engine either- a 7.3L Chevy.

Still, it was an Alfa!!!
