milano abs

I've lost track of who had the intermittent milano abs problem,
to whom 'dug seed in' ;-) replied in v168, but one thing
to check in cases of intermittent pump operation is the inline
fuse, hidden somewhere under the ignition coil.
I had this problem a long time ago, as the fuse metal had simply
corroded away, and started to give intermittent contact, then
none.
