Brake pedal feel

To Michael C Miller, who had brake feel problems...

Check your booster hose very carefully. This is the hose that comes off the
brake booster and goes into the manifold. It goes through a sharp and
narrow 90 degree turn, and has a tendency to crack and break apart. Move it
around on both ends while the car is running and listen. If you hear a
pronounced increase in hissing, the hose will need to be replaced.

It's possible to drive a spider with no brake assist, but it isn't very
much fun.

And to Ascher Baer, who had a question about a knob on his center
console...

The knob dims/brightens the lights on the center console. For some reason
Alfa didn't see fit to connect this control to the instrument lights, so
those will stay the same no matter what is done to the knob.

Yours may not work, as POs may have disconnected it or the wiring may have
become corroded.

Got a look at the "Alfa SUV". In spite of my own opinion of SUVs, it looks
pretty snazzy to me :).
