engine lifting

Lifted an assembled  engine by hand, just my brother and I.
We're not huge.  I'd guess 250-300 lbs assembled.  This was
in and out of a truck and not out of the doghouse of a 
standing car on a hill.  In short, it can be done but it sounds
like the hard way to do what a machine should.
