RE: clutch slave cylinder for Milano/GTV6

When I couldn't get clutch slave cylinder to bleed properly because the
bleed valve was at bottom of cylinder and corrosion prevented rotation
of the cylinder, I had to remove the slave cylinder bracket and bleed
the slave off the car by retaining the piston with my thumb!
