  Thanks for the prices.  They'll serve as a great reference point, or who
knows, maybe I'll go with Powdertech.  Unfortunately, I have only been able to
find one place near home that can do powder coating.  Anybody in the DC/metro
area know anyone who does it other than ASCo. in Manassas?
