WVA 164 oppt

If someone might be interested in a basket case 164, then a perfect example of such is
waiting for them in Martinsburg, WVA.  A used car lot has a 91 164, I think it is L model,
but doesn't have all the typical options, so at the moment, not sure.  but anyway, it is an
automatic, black 164 with tan leather interior, alloys, alarm, no sunroof.  At the moment,
the stepper motor has locked on to dash flow mode, but AC works.  The engine seems
okay, but some local idiot has worked on this car and removed the cam belt covers, the
cam belt appears to be bathed in oil, it needs immediate replacement, as well as at least
one camshaft seal and detensioner.  The seat motors do work on driver's side.  Various
typical oil sensors need replacement.  Some driver's side body damage, not too bad, I
suppose.  The dealer is threatening to take it to the salvage yard, but also wants to take 2
K US for it.  If anyone where seriously interested, email me and I will look for his number
and address.  

OTOH, if it lands in the salvage yard,  maybe I just found a super cheap 3.0 motor, right
