Anyone else have this problem?

Happened to me.  I just prised off the plastic cap, loosened the wiper-arm
nut, and adjusted it so it didn't touch.  Do all this with the hood up.

The wiper arm nut got loose on its own, and started flopping (inevitably
during a heavy rain-storm longish journey!) so I guess was not that tight from
new.

Easy fix. :-)
