164 A/C and radiator fan

On my post-94 164s, low speed radiator fan does not come on when
A/C is on.  There is a A/C pressure switch. when pressure reached
14.5 -16.5 bar it's on.  When pressure dropped to 11.5-13.5 bar.
it is turned off.

The pre-94 164s manual does not talked about this. But mine 92 164S
fan is not on when A/C is on.  However, I converted it so when A/C 
is on, low speed fan is on also.
