164 Battery

Mark writes of his travails with his battery.

I'd charge it up first and see what happens, and there are also tests to
make sure that all the cells are working.  Sometimes, batteries can be
"rejunvenated" but I don't know the process.  Modern batteries seem to
fail suddenly compared to older ones, but 7 years on the same battery
still isn't too bad!
