33 16V 'vs' 33 16V P4

Could someone out there compare the 33 16V with the 33 16V permanent 4 (both
UK spec without cats) in terms of performance.

All I am told is that the P4 is 'not as quick' as the standard 16V but
no-one seems to be able to give me any figures.

I would appreciate a quick response as I am hoping to buy on Saturday
