Miata seats in a spider

I have the opportunity to pick up a nice pair of black cloth Miata seats
for $100.  Has anyone adapted these for a spider ?  I don't have the
tools to fabricate mounts but if I could get them made for < $100 it
would probably be worth it.

Any suggestions ?
