Fuel additives/lubricants

Alfisti,
I have need of collective wisdom: I have a '72 Alfa Spider with SPICA
injection. I'll bet this issue has been flogged to pieces, but what is
the appropriate gas additive for ensuring lubrication of the SPICA pump?
I wish to ensure a long and happy life for the pump, and would like to
take every precaution available!

Lead substitutes with phosphorus or sodium are designed to emulate the
lead cushioning after combustion.

Most octane boosters may be simply tulane.

Marvel Mystery Oil (MMO) has been recommended to me, yet isn't this a
penetrant/detergent?

Is there an over-the-counter additive that has lead (an octane booster?)
or another type of lubricant? Any feedback on the use of MMO? 2-cycle
oil? Race gas is not available out in the middle of nowhere, so is not
an option. Help please, and thanks in advance.
