Here's an old post and my answer. I think this fixed the problem for Nizam...

I'm going to guess that you have the wrong type of relay in the socket
for the "conditioner fan & comp. clutch" relay. This is the relay on the very
right of the fusebox, top row(at least in an '84 it is). It should be a relay
with independent outputs rather than common outputs. You can identify it by
a "2M" marking on the top rather than a "3H" marking (if it's the original
"sipea" relay). Also, the connectors should have an "87b" on one of them
instead of two "87"s.  The only part of your description that doesn't fit
this theory is that you say it only happens if the fan is on...I would think
this would happen even if the fan wasn't on.
