SPICA drive belt

I have my SPICA fuel injection pump out of the car and was thinking of
changing the pump's drive belt while I've got it apart.  I haven't looked
very carefully yet, but it appears that the crank pulley has to come off to
change the FI drive belt.  If anyone has changed the belt without removing
the pulley, I'd be interested to know how.
