In a surprise move Alfa Romeo entered Nicola Larini and Fabrizio
Giovanardi
with a pair of new Alfa 156s for the German Super Touring Championship
1998.  It is expected, however, that the Italian works team will contest
only a couple of German rounds including the prestigious Norisring
event.
