Re: April and Souffles

Hello April and other's with Alfa blood :

Oh well, just for that, I won't tell you what works....<G>

April"

* I make a souffle that would cause you to weep with pleasure. My potato
dumplings with bacon and sauer kraut is served to the gods on special
occasions.

Does this further mean, dear April, that we males are somehow doomed
forever to merely blindly experiement and that none of our successes - if
you will - have been the result of anything but blind luck and whimsey ?
So, it wasn't the breath mints after all? Or the Orchids? The overpriced
single bloody rose not to mention other excesses? Down the proverbial
crapper?

The writings of Kahil Gibran even, all for nothing ?

I have *never* - and I suspect never will - presume to speak for all men
merely because I am one. I *hate* that. I do make generalizations,
however, when they are firmly based IMHO. And so, I believe that most men
in our culture cannot cook worth shitake mushrooms and most women should
not be allowed to drive. Further, as far as cars are concerned, most men
do not have a nanoclue what they are missing. *However*, it is not because
they are females that so many women drivers fear snow any more than most
men fear kitchens because they are males.

But I'm being redundant. Back to things of importance to most Alfa males :

How about a Deep Throat exhaust system, might that do it? I'm not asking
for myself you understand.

My wife very much appreciates the track roll bar on our Duetto and the race
belts even if we can't use the top. She feels much more in control and
secure,
as I do. Further, she loves the way the car looks with the carefully
planned bar. April, would you suggest that guys install machobars in their
Alfas if they are in need of companionship?

David

P.S. Any of you Guys out there want to trade recipies ? My personally
evolved garlic soup is essential in any civilized home. I love garlic.

Hmmm. April, about garlic ..............
