The noise you hear is most likely a vibration of one of the butterflys in one 
of the carbs.  It is a problem with Spica FI as well. Try damping it with a 
finger on one side of each carb one at a time, then you can address a proper 
rep[air of the bushings later.  It is caused by the pulses in the induction 
system & wear on the shafts. Other than that there is always the possibility of 
one cam follower with too much clearance. Rj
