For what it's worth, and that's usually not a lot, the SAE horsepower rating
for the 2 litre Alfa engine was 150hp.  
You'll recall that these figures are generally considered questionable
because the SAE method of measuring horsepower involved running the engine
without ancillaries such as cooling fans, exhaust systems, air cleaners,
probably not even alternators.  

The published power output for these engines using a more reputably method --
with ancillaries connected -- lists power output at around 130-134hp,
depending on the market and the emissions gear added.  So there should be
15-20 odd horsepower available for the taking, depending on how many
ancillaries you are prepared or able (according to class rules) to remove
from the engine.
