[alfa] New Chapter of AROC??

Would anyone on the Digest be interested in starting an AROC Chapter
that encompasses Mississippi, Alabama, and Louisiana?  This may be a
resurrection of the old Deep South Chapter, or something totally new.
We'll see.  I have a few people already interested.
