[alfa] Concorso Italiano parking and traffic

We bought tickets ahead of time and got a "B" parking pass.  Get to lot "B"
around 9:30 and it is full, they tell us to go around to the lot for folks
buying tickets that day, fine we start driving that way, get to Normandy and
see the line of cars going no where.  We decide to just park near the church
at the corner and walk in (we walked from the parking lot last year since the
bus line was so long), we walked probably about a mile to the event cutting
across the golf course, never had to show our tickets to anyone.  I think the
traffic/parking was worse this year, of course we were about 30 minutes later
getting there this year so maybe it was better a little earlier.  In any case
I am out for next year, I will wait for reports that they have some idea of
how to manage traffic/parking the cars before going again.  I sent them an
e-mail with essentially the same info as above and suggest others do
likewise.
