Hi,

It looks like a small angle GTA/ Alfetta GTV Autodelta head which has a non-original camshaft cover and converted to accept carburators instead of the original Spica or Lucas injection (although Autodelta offered at least on paper such a part).
These engines are said to be not the most easy engine to deal with (rather fragile).
