[alfa] diff pinion nut size



I'm not sure which kind of Spider you meant, but I'll assume a 115.  The
pinion nuts on all 750-115 cars use a special castellated socket.  There is
a small size used through 1600 (maybe 1750s) and a larger size used for
2000s.  The various Alfa places used to sell them and maybe still do.  I got
mine from Jon Norman.
