I bought a bra/mask on E-bay described as fitting my '73 Berlina.  The info
inside the box, and the shape of the thing itself, say it's for a GTV.  Nice
black vinyl, heavy, clean, never used.  It's been sitting in my trunk in its
box for a year.

I think I paid $125.   It's yours for $65 plus shipping.
