My Duetto has 195/65-14s fitted which, according to the calculator, is 3%
smaller in diameter than the original 155/80-15s.  I can live with that.

Something else of relevance is that the wider spare tyre sits quite proud of
the trunk floor.  I am working around this by fitting a double sheet of 10mm
soundproofing (brand: Trocellen) under the mat with a cutout for the spare
wheel.  My wheels have a very flat face but other wheels may benefit from
having a circular piece of board placed on top of the wheel to flatten the
floor profile.
