[alfa] Costs footnote on kunifer copper/nickel alloy brake and fuel lines

Don't want to get in (or start) a cost fight, but I noted that the prices listed on the website Dean Cains cited seem appreciably more substantial than those listed in British catalogs I have; e.g. the same flaring tool "from a secret workshop in England" is $299.99, but 84.61 #GB in a recent but not current Europa catalog, while a typical coil of the tubing is $66.61 here or 12.20 #GB there. Maintaining a convenient local inventory of a low volume product can be costly to the merchant and a valuable service for the consumer, but the frugal may find it worth checking current prices, exchange rates, shipping, time, convenience etc. for different sources.
