[alfa] Alfetta GT: Stopping Optional

Okay folks. I am in the final stages of getting my 78 Alfetta GT back on the
road after a bunch of fixes/upgrades and the last thing I am trying to do is
get my brakes to work.

New pads, new stainless steel lines, and new fluid. The pedal feel is
frighteningly soft. We have bled the system multiple times and feel that we
have gotten all the air out of the system.

Just a few moments ago I was watching the master cylinder/booster while my
assistant was pumping the breaks and noticed fluid leaking from a small hole
(1-2 mm) on the underside of the master cylinder on the mounting point to the
booster.

So my questions are: What is the function of the hole and if it should not be
leaking, what do I need replace to get back on the road?

Many thanks, as always!

system)
