Greetings all:
Pulled the e-brake handle yesterday and it didn't engage.  I can feel  it 
clicking but it won't stay on, the handle just drops back.
Is this usually an adjustment issue or a wear issue in the handle  assemble?
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
