Mark the drive gear on the end of the distributor can be rotated 180
degrees. Not sure what you did but it sounds like you set the engine up on
tdc at number four pot. That will not matter however the distributor is now
180 degrees out. Just double check the engine is firing number 1 cylinder
and the cam lobs are pointing outward. There is nothing wrong with just
re-routing the ignition leads if you want.
