[alfa] CA Smog Laws - AB2683

For those of us located in California, the rolling
smog exemption law is getting closer to getting the
ax.  AB 2683 passed through the assembly floor
yesterday with a Yes vote of 47 to 28 no votes.

It looks like we are going to loose the 30 year
rolling exemption, the link below lists the votes,
contact your representative today.
