[alfa] D'Amico & Tabucchi, Fusi books

Hi all

I have never actually seen a copy of the D&T book, but I understand it is an
updated version of the Fusi one. Is the information contained in the two
sufficiently distinct to warrant purchasing both books? Also, what year was the
last of the Fusi book? Any idea what a 1966 edition of the Fusi book should be
worth?
