Zamani give me the solution. There is something called bolt out for rounded bolts at Sears. It did the trick. If you do have to grind a bolt head off, I would still like to know what you would use, especially in a tight area like the rear rotor bolts.

Even using the Alfa tool and Liquid Wrench to remove the 15mm rear rotor
bolts, I rounded the corners. Any suggestions now? I think I recall
seeing a post about grinding the head off. If that is the only
alternative left, what tool is used to grind the head off?
