[alfa] car in Kill Bill 2

Robert Kirkpatrick wanted to know what the car was in Kill Bill 2...

It is indeed a DeTomaso Mangusta (the precursor to the Pantera) and was made
between 1967 and 1971. 402 cars were made (of which 250 made it to the U.S.)
and like the Pantera is was a mid-engined employing a cast iron Ford engine,
either 4.7 liter (289 cu. in.) for European spec machines, or 5.0 liter (302
cu.
in.) V-8s for cars constructed for the United States market.

Giorgetto Giugiaro designed the Mangustabs flowing shape, and body
fabrication was handled by Ghia of Turin.
