[alfa] GTV6 Trim

In the not too distant futrue I plan to have my 83 GTV6 resprayed which I have
owned since new.  I am going to prep it myself.  I know how to strip all the
external trim  except for the plastic door strips about a third up the door.
Could someone suggest how to take them off?
