quarter lights

The mechanism to open the windows is not very smooth.  I removed the
unit from the door, but am unable to prize the unit open to replace
with new grease.  Are these sealed units?
Also can anyone supply me with the rubber seal that goes around the
quarter lights for a '71 Stag?  I need both sides.
