The pink gunge is common, a mixture of oil, water and probably friction
dust.

So, are you sure the pipes were correctly fitted?

If so, I stick with my original diagnosis, rear clutch.

You are not going to be able to get at the rear clutch yourself without
stripping the gearbox, it is a job for the specialists and I really think
you are not going to be able to progress without finally tackling this
issue.  As I've said before, if the clutch slips it generated a lot of heat
which is why your gearbox oil is overheating.
