Stag & Triumph KIENZLE Clock Repair and Oil pressure gauges.

Thanks Glenn that was interesting, maybe I'll have a look at the couple
of dead clocks I've got and see if I can bring them back to life!

With regards to oil pressure I like to have a gauge, as I wait for the
pressure to drop (as the oil warms up) before putting my foot down. This
is usually sometime after the water temprature has got up to it's normal
operating spec. Also if you follow it closely it gives a good idea of
engine wear and oil condition.

I'm probably just a control freak cos I also like oil temprature gauges
so I can then fit oil coolers if neccessary (with thermostats). I hav'nt
done this yet to the Stag but I picked up the bits at Stoneleigh (oil
cooler take-off, thermostat and cooler) all 5/8ths BSP. This is only
really for thashing, hot weather and towing.
