Re: RE: Anybody know any history?

Stan, Wendy, et al.,

According to Dave Jell's book the last
MK1 was Comm.number LD 14158.

It was built on 10th November 1972.
He calls it the "Last second-sanction car"

The first "third-sanction" (MK11) Stag was
Comm.number LD 20001.
It was built on 17th October 1972, i.e. BEFORE
the last MK1. Dave explains that build sanctions
occasionally overlapped.

Regards,
John Clayton
