Soft top question

I've noticed that when the soft top is erected on my wife's
Stag that the passenger side (RH) bottom edge of the top 
does not quite seal against the top of the window frame. 
I've got new rubber seals, but clser examination leads me
to believe they won't help the situation. Is there some sort
of adjustment that can be made to the soft top frame to
provide a better seal at this point?
