buying Stag

Hi all,

    I am about to buy a mk2 Stag that is almost totally rust free. The
motor has been Reworked by A shop in San Francisco  that is supposed to
know stags. The crome is almost perfect and it has wire wheels (crome is
good) there are some little trim thing that need to be done and the
starter isn't working at this time. The paint is a lttle faded green but
other wise looks very good. If all these things turn out to be true is
$5500.00 US  a good price to pay?
