N. American Stag Reg.

Gentlemen:

My Posting of about 10 days ago soliciting response from North American
Stag owners drew 11 responses, and many good suggestions on design of a
registery.

I anticipate that a good design, collection of information, and
dissemination should take some several months. Perhaps the first
edition will be avaliable in July.

Meanwhile, keep comming in with info. Those who have not responded,
please do. Those who are members of clubs, please find the other Stags,
collect the info. For now, just a count will suffice.

Be on the lookout for Stags. I have found several just by forcing the
driver off the road, and chatting him/her up. Keep a business card
handy, and get the info. Keep you eyes peeled.

Anyone want to guess how many complete Stags there are in N. America?

On the subject, There is a perfect Stag recently found in Southern
California. I haven't seen it, but word is that it looks two weeks
old. 4spOD. Any N. American who wants to help keep a prime example on
the continent, and has a bundle of money, should contact me.

My local club has about 10 Stags. I know of another 6 or so. Your
responses refered to about 90 Stags, although that number is very
fungible.

I have to believe that there are 200 on the continent. I hope that one
year from now we will have located over 90% of them.
