Email trouble

For Oscar Robinson and others who occasionally send us all long MIME
encoded messages (I was once guilty myself) the answer is probably that,
as users of a Microsoft clinet ("Windows Messaging Service", Echange,
Exchange Client, Outlook or any of its other names) you have ticked the
box that asks "Send messages to this recipient in Rich Text Format?"
when setting up your address book entry for the ICD.

The solution is to uncheck this box and you will no longer be a MIME
artist!
