Pete,

Won't work.  The pins on the tie rod ends that go
through the holes on the ends of the spindle arms are
tapered.  The pins on the tie rod ends have a matching
taper, they won't go in from the top. New spindle arms
with holes tapered in the opposite direction are
what's needed.  I doubt if anyone is making them.
