AFAIK, aside from the main body mount(frame 'horns')position and the 2
additional body mounts on the '69-up Travelalls the frames are indeed
identical. The ball joints are the same for all, nothing to prevent swapping
disk brake knuckles in place of drum knuckles(which do not have a provision
for mounting the caliper carrier). There are some minor variations in the
drag link setup, worst case the later unit should swap in with no problem.
